Mr. Omokaro is the Chairman of Nichole Finance Company Limited. He is endowed with wide range of Banking, Operations and General Management skills. Peter attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). His professional career in the Nigerian Banking sector spans over three decades during which he served as Internal Auditor, Branch Operations Manager, Head: Treasury and Business Development Manager. He has attended International Training and conferences on Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange Trading and Trade Finance. Peter has assisted in the transformation of some under-performing Strategic Business Units in certain segments of the Nigerian Banking sector.

She is a graduate of Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She holds a Masters degree in Law from Vermont Law School, Vermont, USA. A vastly experienced legal practitioner, Catherine's skills as a proficient researcher and analyst set her aside as an invaluable team player with a knack for anticipating and protecting client interests from potential / foreseeable obstacles and providing practical solutions to existing problems. She is a member of the international Bar association. Her hobbies include travelling, literature and music.

Kehinde Olufunke is the Head of Human Capital and Administration. She is a strategic member of management and versatile in people management, with years of experience working with people. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, and M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos. She has been trained in different areas of people management. Her hobbies include travelling and reading.

Stella Chinenye Mbonu is an Experienced Executive Assistant Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Microsoft Office and Management. She is a strong administrative professional passionate about health and wellness and a strong advocate of work-life balance. She holds a honours degree in Agriculture from the University of Benin and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in Management.
